Resume Accuracy, Referencing & Background Checking...
Special Requirements described below are available upon request by the client in retained search engagement projects. However, in response to client requests, we offer these Special Requirements Services to clients who have identified a short list of candidates but need assistance to conduct the appropriate due diligence and background checks on final candidates to ensure the integrity of the search and that the candidate’s background information is accurate.
We will perform the following critical project engagement steps on behalf of our clients:

- Obtain written permission from each candidate to conduct background checks.
- Conduct criminal, credit, and motor vehicle background checks.
- Confirm candidates’ degrees, licenses and certifications.
- Have candidates sign a statement of 100% accuracy of resume and/or bio.
- Conduct Confidential Due Diligence of Finalist Candidate.
- Prepare / Present Confidential Due Diligence and Conclusion Report.
- Recruit and Place the Preferred and Selected Candidate.
- Successfully Close the Deal for our Client with Confirmed Start Date
The Special Requirements process normally takes approximately seven business days from the time we receive the names. We release our findings only to you, the client, and not until we are completely satisfied as to accuracy. We offer these services at a reasonable and cost effective fee consistent with the search budget for completing this important part of the selection process.
