History
J. Charles and Associates, Inc (JCAi) was founded in 1999 by John Colson, who has been involved with marketing, business development, and consulting services since 1979. JCAi is a retained executive search firm exclusively dedicated to providing superior service to our domestic clients in search identification, assessment, recruitment and placement of outstanding industry professionals and leadership for senior executive positions.

Our search experience includes senior executive level engagements for clients in commercial, residential, resort, hospitality and mixed-use real estate development, construction industry, telecom, technology, building products, construction equipment manufacturing, state and national related industry association sectors of our economy.
